Lisa’s lifelong love of horses helps her to appreciate our clients’ emotional attachment to their choice of lifestyle. She has earned confidence and trust through her ability to listen, assess her clients’ needs and provide the best comprehensive coverage for their premium dollars.
LSI Co-Founder
In 2014 John joined LSI as Marketing Director. His insurance industry career spans 36 years in management with American Bankers Insurance, AON Corporation, Markel Corporation and Lloyds of London Insurance Market.
Pagan Gilman
Field Agent
Pagan has been involved with horses since childhood. She has owned and competed multiple breeds in multiple disciplines with an emphasis on sport horses. Pagan worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years as a successful Account Executive with career closings in excess of one billion dollars. Pagan is dedicated to assisting her clients with their horse, farm, home, auto and small business needs. Whether you are competing, volunteering or auditing events, you will find Pagan ever present at the shows and in the barns.

Andrea Friedman
Administration
Andrea grew up in Old Westbury New York showing her three hunters while helping out in her father’s small animal veterinary practice. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. She is a licensed agent, provides support to our LSI team members and is available to assist clients with their questions and forms.

James Hernandez
Operations Assistant
James served as a 101st Airborne Soldier and Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy. He brings strong computer and administrative experience to Lisa Seger Insurance.
Josh Mullins
Field Agent
Josh grew up in the Hunter Jumper horse show world. His family co-founded and operates Blenheim EquiSports, one of the largest horse show management companies in the West Coast. Josh began to work in the family business at age 16, learning different aspects of the industry. His love for horses and passion for serving the equestrian community, are apparent in all that he does.
